Do I need a card on file to bid?

Yes. To keep bidding fair and serious, you add a card before placing your first bid. You're not charged anything until you win an auction.

How does bidding work?

We use proxy (maximum) bidding. You enter the most you're willing to pay, and the system bids for you in small increments — only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum. You'll never pay more than one increment above the next-highest bid.

What is anti-snipe protection?

If a bid lands in the final couple of minutes, the auction clock is automatically extended a little. This gives everyone a fair chance to respond instead of losing to a last-second bid.

I won! How long do I have to pay?

You have 48 hours to complete payment. If you don't pay within that window, the card on file is charged automatically so you don't lose the item.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay securely by debit or credit card, or with cryptocurrency through our payment partner. You choose at checkout.

How is shipping calculated?

After you win, you enter your address and we show live shipping rates for your location. You pick the option you prefer — domestic or international, with customs handled automatically.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide with full tracking. International customs paperwork is prepared for you as part of the shipping step.

Where does the money go?

100% of the proceeds are donated to the charity named on each listing. Every amount is tracked from the winning bid through to the payout, so giving is fully transparent.

What happens if the winner doesn't pay?

If a winner fails to pay, we may offer the item to the next-highest bidder as a second-chance offer, so the item still finds a home and the charity still benefits.

Are the items authentic?

Yes. Every item in the collection is genuine and listed on behalf of the cause. Details about each piece appear on its listing page.
